Copper Conductor XLPE/PVC Insulated Power Cable 0.6/1kV is suitable for power transmission and distribution lines with rated power frequency voltage up to and including 0.6/1kV. The cable can be manufactured with XLPE or PVC insulation, copper conductor, PVC sheath and optional armoured construction for different installation environments.

Application

This 0.6/1kV power cable is used for power transmission and distribution lines in industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects. According to cable type, it can be used indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, ducts or direct burial applications.

Construction

  • Conductor: Solid or stranded copper conductor, aluminum conductor options available
  • Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or PVC
  • Circuit Identification: Red and black insulation identification
  • Filler: Polypropylene filament with lapped binding tape
  • Inner Sheath: Black PVC
  • Armour: Galvanized steel wire, available for armoured cable types
  • Core Covering: Binding tape
  • Outer Sheath: Black PVC
  • Package: Wooden drum or iron-wooden drum
